いやしのメッセージ
Healing to me is learning to trust yourself again. To stop doubting yourself. Healing is realizing just how far you have come! Recognizing your progress. Realizing just how strong you are! Not being afraid to ask for help. Counseling really has helped me so much! Using my voice to talk about my dark moments set me free. It is a way that I can release all of this off my chest. I also write and draw art to help me heal. It is very healing. Helping others and educating them about domestic violence helps me as well. I would never want anything to go through what I went through. If I can warn people and really let them know what it was like and how long it has taken me to rebuild my life, then maybe I can reach someone. Just maybe I can give hope or help someone that needed it.
